N&R Tech Labs, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Chic Stylist mobile application (the “App”). It also describes analytics and optional photo experiences on our website, chic-stylist.com.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information
- Account identifiers and the name, email address, and profile picture you provide, where available.
- Authentication and session information from email, Google, or Apple sign-in.
Uploaded Content
- Clothing, wardrobe, model, or personal photos you choose to upload.
- Saved results and information needed to organize them, such as descriptions, categories, and upload times.
Styling Interaction Data
- Style prompts, generated suggestions, and feedback you provide.
- Feature-use records needed to apply your plan's access and usage limits.
Device & Usage Data
- Product interactions and website navigation when optional analytics is enabled.
- Device, browser, operating-system, and app-version information associated with those events.
Subscription & Payment Info
- Subscription tier and purchase history (handled via Apple/Google — we do not store full payment details).

Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies an account identifier and basic profile information such as your name, email address, email-verification status, and profile picture, where available. We use this information to authenticate you and associate your Chic Stylist account with your wardrobe, preferences, and subscription access. Our authentication service processes account and session information for this purpose.

Google sign-in does not give Chic Stylist access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar. You can remove Chic Stylist's access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Removing that connection prevents its continued use for Google sign-in; it does not itself delete data already held in your Chic Stylist account. You can contact us to request account-data deletion.

2. How We Use Your Data

Organize your wardrobe and return outfit suggestions, styling answers, and virtual try-on previews you request.
Understand product use and improve the app and website when optional analytics is enabled.
Authenticate users and manage accounts.
Provide subscription-based features and verify purchases.
Communicate important service updates or respond to inquiries.
Ensure safety, detect fraud, and enforce Terms and Conditions.

3. How Your Photos Are Processed

Photos, request text, and resulting descriptions support wardrobe organization, styling, and virtual try-on.
Selected images and request text are sent to the providers needed for the feature you use. OpenAI supports image descriptions and styling analysis; fal.ai supports generated outfit and model imagery; FASHN supports virtual try-on. Groq processes styling questions, context, and relevant image descriptions to return conversational advice.
Photos and generated results are stored so that you can view them again in the App.
Generated previews may change garment details and do not establish fit.
We do not use your wardrobe photos for advertising or any public-facing services.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content; by uploading, you grant us a limited license to process it for style generation.

If you use a website photo experience such as Walking Month, the photo you submit is processed by Google Gemini to produce the requested image and outfit-based result. If you ask to receive that result by email, we send your recipient address, result text, and image attachment to Resend for delivery.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

The following providers support the features described in this policy:

Google and Apple: identity information when you choose their sign-in services.
Convex: account and session information, profiles, wardrobe records, requests, results, and subscription-access records.
Storj: uploaded images and saved generated imagery.
OpenAI, fal.ai, FASHN, and Groq: relevant images, descriptions, and styling inputs for the processing described above.
Google Gemini: photos submitted to optional website image experiences and their generated results.
Apple App Store and Google Play: purchases, renewals, cancellations, and store payment processing.
RevenueCat: app account identifiers and store subscription information used to check entitlements and restore access.
Resend: recipient addresses, transactional messages, and result emails you request.
PostHog: product interactions, account or result identifiers where applicable, and device or app information when optional analytics is enabled.

Store payment details are handled by Apple or Google; Chic Stylist does not collect full card details. Subscription records are used to determine access to paid features and restore existing access.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may share your data only:

With service providers under contract (see above).
If required by law, court order, or legal process.
To investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or threats to our systems.

Analytics choices

Optional analytics helps us understand use of the App and website. The website provides an analytics choice and a footer preference control. In the v2 App, Tracking & Privacy provides the available controls; iOS also uses the system tracking choice. Authentication, requested image processing, and subscription checks are needed to provide those features and are separate from optional analytics.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access and view the personal data we hold about you.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
Withdraw consent to processing (if applicable).
File a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain some data for backup, legal, or compliance purposes after account deletion.

You can request account-data deletion through the App's account controls or by contacting support. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; manage subscriptions through the store used to purchase them.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. If we detect a data breach, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Children’s Privacy

Chic Stylist is not intended for users under 13. Users under 18 must have parental consent to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10. International Users

Chic Stylist uses service providers that may process information in the United States or other countries outside the country where you live. Data-protection rules in those countries may differ from those in your country. The provider and purpose descriptions above explain which services receive information for the features you use.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
